4 What's included & partnership terms
If your application is successful, you receive:
A fully custom-designed team website (worth £500 — yours for £39)
Custom domain name purchased and registered for you, free of charge
One year of fast, secure hosting with SSL certificate, free of charge
Ongoing technical support throughout the season
In exchange, your team agrees to the following for the duration of the sponsorship:
Web design exclusivity. No other web design, web development, website hosting, or domain registration company may sponsor or be credited as a partner of the team while this agreement is in place.Logo on team kit. The Vetra Media logo must be visibly displayed on the official team uniform and any branded clothing worn at events.Logo on the car. The Vetra Media logo must be visibly displayed on the team's race car in a position agreed with us before competition day.Instagram story reposts. The team must repost @vetramediacouk's Instagram posts to their team Instagram story whenever we tag them or post relevant content.Instagram engagement. The team account must like and comment on @vetramediacouk's Instagram posts to support reach and visibility.Tagging. Tag @vetramediacouk in race-day posts, event posts, team photos, and any portfolio or pit display materials where sponsors are credited.Logo on team materials. The Vetra Media logo must appear on team portfolio documents, pit display boards, and any printed materials submitted to judges that feature sponsors.Media coverage. Provide Vetra Media with photos and short video clips from race events for use on our social media and website. Acknowledge the sponsorship in any press or media interviews where sponsors are mentioned.Notice of changes. Notify Vetra Media in writing if the team disbands, withdraws from the competition, or undergoes a major change in membership or leadership.Term and renewal. Sponsorship covers one full STEM Racing competition season. Renewal is at Vetra Media's discretion.Termination. Vetra Media reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship and reclaim domain and hosting privileges if any of the above terms are breached.
